1.1 Choosing the right people

The first step is to have a look at The BandMaker (of course) and identify possibles. Several things to look out for. A. Commitment. Check out their ambitions, make sure they have the same aspirations as you. B. Transport. Essential that at least one member of the band has their own transport. If you are the only driver then be prepared to do lots of driving and carrying about of drums and amps (everyone else will hide during these activities). Also don`t forget that you might have to leave your car in some dodgy locations so be prepared for it to get damaged. C. Personality You are going to be spending a lot of time with these people, practicing and travelling. Make sure you get along with them right at the start.
