Drummers are usually the most difficult to find of all musicians. However, don`t grab the first one that comes along. The drummer is the heart of any good band. A good drummer will keep everyone else tight and add variation to the music. A bad drummer will make the band sound out of time and unprofessional. Get a good drummer and a good bass player that can work together and you will always sound good.
