5.1. Lugholes

Don't underestimate how easy it is to damage your hearing. This is more of a problem the younger you are. You can now buy small earplugs that are skin coloured and can't be seen. If the music is loud enough to damage you hearing then you should be able to hear it with plugs in fine. The danger sign is a ringing in the ears (tinitus). It will last longer every time you overexpose your hearing. Eventually it wont go away at all and you are stuck with it for the rest of your life.
